Simam AI Transformation Hub

Client/Sector: Simam Digital / global SME transformation

A strategy workspace that connects market context, AI architecture, ROI modelling and delivery sequencing in one product instead of scattering decisions across slide decks.

01 Challenge

Unify the messy middle of transformation

SME leaders do not need another generic list of AI trends. They need to understand which market forces apply to them, what their current architecture can support, what an initiative could return, and how to sequence delivery without overcommitting budget.

02 Approach

Build a strategy product, not a brochure

The hub is organised as a working environment: Dashboard, AI Pulse, Global Transformation Hub, System Flow Board, ROI Calculator, Topic Discovery, Idea Lab, Explorer, App Architect, Strategic Roadmap and AI Consultant. Personas for engineers, product managers and executives create a useful entry point for different decisions.

03 Execution

What I designed and built

I shaped the product architecture, navigation model, visual system and decision flows across market intelligence, tool selection and delivery planning. The experience supports regional context spanning the USA, Europe and UK, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, China, Japan and Southeast Asia, alongside language selection and RTL-aware localisation planning. Interactive tools compare orchestration approaches, model payback from staff time and cost inputs, and turn a plain-English idea into an architecture or roadmap starting point.

04 Outcome

A credible bridge from insight to execution

The result is a self-hosted transformation hub that demonstrates how consulting knowledge can become a usable product. It gives founders and innovation teams a place to explore, quantify and sequence a programme before a deeper engagement, while giving Simam Digital a durable content and product platform.

Technical delivery

Making strategy explorable

The hub is deliberately more than a dashboard. Its job is to let a user move between context, hypothesis and delivery detail without losing the thread of the original business question.

One information model, many tools

Regional markets, company size, persona and initiative type act as shared context. Reusing those concepts across calculators, architecture views and roadmaps keeps the product coherent as new tools are added. It also gives future content and integrations a stable place to attach without turning every feature into a separate microsite.

Decision support over feature theatre

The product prioritises comparisons, assumptions and next steps. ROI outputs are tied to staff time, cost and payback; architecture guidance is tied to a described application; roadmap views are tied to owners, risks and measurable phases. The intent is to make assumptions visible so a user can challenge them rather than treating an AI-generated answer as authority.

Designed to grow internationally

Language controls, regional market modules and an explicit international content model make the hub extensible. The structure supports English variants today while keeping Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi and Urdu journeys in view. Regional modules can carry different policy, grant, salary, currency and adoption context without changing the core product flow.

Frequently asked questions

Is the hub a generic AI chatbot?

No. It is structured around transformation decisions: market context, architecture, economics, delivery sequencing and persona-specific questions.

Is this a disclosed client deployment?

No. It is a self-hosted Simam Digital product-lab case study and does not identify confidential client work.
